You Went Into Medicine to Help People.
Somewhere Along the Way, You Forgot to Help Yourself.
I'm Dr. Jessica — a physician, a mom, and a healthcare burnout coach. I help overwhelmed women in medicine break the habits that lead to burnout so they can stop it at the root and create a life that feels like freedom.
Want a quick tool to feel better fast — download the 60 Second Reset
You don't need another habit to build or one more thing on your list. You need something that works right now, in the sixty seconds you actually have.
This is the same reset I use myself — a simple, four-step tool that starts with your body, not your to-do list. No planner. No overhaul. Just a place to start, any time you need it.

Hi! I'm Dr. Jessica.
I'm a physician, a mom, and a certified life coach.
If you're reading this, you're probably a lot like the version of me from a few years ago — the one who could diagnose a rare cancer on a single slide but couldn't give herself permission to sit down for twenty minutes without rehearsing a justification for why she "deserved" it.
I know what it's like to love your work and still feel like it's slowly wearing you down. To be reliable for everyone and running on empty for yourself. To wonder if this is just... what it costs to do what we do.
I created this coaching practice because I needed it first. And through my own journey — learning to regulate my nervous system, release guilt, and make decisions from clarity instead of obligation — I didn't just find more time. I found a completely different relationship with my life.
Now I help other women in medicine do the same. Not by working harder or adding more to the plate. By changing what's happening underneath.
You Might Recognize Yourself Here If:
✓ You're the one everyone counts on — at work and at home — and you're exhausted from carrying it all
✓ You feel guilty when you rest, guilty when you work, and guilty when you can't be in two places at once
✓ You've tried the planners, the time-blocking, the "self-care Sundays" — and none of it stuck because none of it addressed the real problem
✓ You love medicine but you're starting to wonder if there's a way to practice it without losing yourself in the process
✓ You don't need someone to tell you what to do. You need someone who understands what you're carrying — and can help you put some of it down
If you're nodding along to any of this — you're in the right place

What Changes When You Stop Running on Empty:
You leave work at 4pm and make it to your kid's activities— without the guilt spiral on the drive there.
You sit on the couch at night and actually rest. No charting, no email, no scrolling tomorrow's to-do list. And it feels okay.
You stop saying "I don't have time" — because you've reclaimed 7+ hours a week for the things that actually matter to you.
You set a boundary at work and it feels like relief, not rebellion.
You make a decision — about your career, your family, your time — and you trust it.
This isn't about becoming a different person. It's about coming back to yourself
